Prayers are needed for Michael Bublé’s oldest son Noah.
Michael Bublé, a singer from Canada, gained global recognition in 2005 with his album “It’s Time” and his 2007 album “Call Me Irresponsible.” These albums topped various charts, including the Canadian Albums Chart, UK Albums Chart, and the US Billboard 200, making him a beloved artist by millions.
Despite his immense fame, the Grammy Award winner has managed to stay humble while selling more than 75 million records globally throughout the years.
Michael is married to Argentine actress Luisana Lopilato with whom he has four children.
Noah, the couple’s son, will turn 9 this year. He faced a tough time when he was diagnosed with liver cancer at only 3 years old.
When the singer found out the terrible news, he was busy promoting his ninth album, Nobody But Me. He was getting ready to perform on The One Show on BBC One in London.
He mentioned in an interview with U.K.’s Evening Standard in July 2018 that his wife texted him three minutes before he went on stage, saying something was wrong. He then said, “I just died.”
Fortunately, Noah is currently in recovery, but Bublé expressed the experience as “the most devastating news a parent or anyone could ever receive.”
The musician said they would have liked to be the one in that situation. They said they often wish it had been them instead. They also mentioned that the experience made their family closer and changed their view on life.
On Noah’s eighth birthday, Bublé shared a touching message on Instagram, expressing, “Today my little hero is turning 8. I have never met anyone as brave… I have never come across anyone as gentle or as pure-hearted… and I will never be able to completely convey how proud I am, or how strong and deep Mommy’s and my love is for you. You have brought so much happiness into our lives in every conceivable manner.”
The musician shared a heartfelt message along with two photos of him and Noah over the years.
Bublé said that the prayers from fans, friends, and strangers gave them strength while battling cancer as a family.
