Although Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman‘s upcoming MCU movie has yet to hit theatres, their X-Men characters have already begun preparing audiences to ‘silence their phones’ in a new hilarious PSA video.

In the video, shared by dozens of moviegoers on the web, Reynolds’ Wade Wilson aka Deadpool searches for the sound of a ringing phone alongside his new bestie Wolverine played by Jackman.

“It’s coming from out there,” Deadpool says while looking and pointing toward the audience.

This is a quirk Deadpool is famous for, breaking the fourth wall – this time joined by Wolverine, potentially hinting that the two Marvel legends will share a similar routine in the movie itself.

Wolverine hilariously adds: “Hey, Bub! You’re in a movie theatre not the bleep-off room in your mom’s nursing home.”

He continues: “So turn your bleeping phone to silent or I’ll shove it so far up your bleeping bleep, you’ll have to answer it through your bleep bleep bleep-“

Deadpool then jumps in to stop Wolverine from talking: “No no no no no- so much testosterone-“

However, he hilariously confesses to being a bit too excited about the whole ordeal, as he says “When you yell like that… it makes my bleep vibrate… at least I think it’s my bleep.”

Deadpool adds to the audience: “Listen… just umm… turn your phones off or put them on silent, you know – whatever you prefer.”

He continues: “I mean, we’re going to take [Wolverine’s] neck veins for a walk now, enjoy the film.”

He then compliments Wolverine on his ‘fourth wall break’.

“Nice fourth wall break back there, I didn’t think you had it in you.”

“Shut your bleeping bleep mouth,” Wolverine responds.

Deadpool & Wolverine comes to theatres on July 26, 2024.
