Scott Baio Celebrates 17th Wedding Anniversary with Wife Years After Her Brain Disease Diagnosis – Photos

On September 14, 2024, Scott and Renee Baio, who had been married for 20 years, celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary.

Actor Scott Baio of “Happy Days” and his wife Renee Baio had a happy 17 years of marriage because they have supported each other after Renee’s brain tumor diagnosis.

In honor of this significant occasion, the actor posted on Instagram, saying, “Married 17 years today and together 20.” They predicted that it would end. Meh. He uploaded a lovely picture of himself with his wife and their daughter, Bailey Deluca Baio, 16, on either side.

Following Baio and his wife’s celebration, admirers left moving comments in the space provided. A supporter exclaimed, “Congra5s! Renee and Scott, you two make such a terrific couple ❤️ and with your amazing kid, you make a wonderful family! [sic}”

Renee’s beauty was complimented by another enthusiast, who said, “Your wife is still beautiful.” A third admirer lauded the couple, saying, “A real inspiration!!!! ❤️❤️❤️.”

Because of their marriage’s enduring strength in the face of severe diseases, Scott and Renee are an inspiration to their fans. Although they weren’t sure if Renee’s meningioma brain tumor was malignant or not, Scott revealed in 2015 that Renee had received the diagnosis.

Even though 90 percent of these tumors were benign, Scott Baio pointed out that depending on their position and size, they could cause major problems. The couple was waiting on details regarding its precise location at the moment to find out if it could be operated.

He went on, “Renee has traveled some difficult paths in her life, but she has always emerged from them stronger and a better person thanks to her unwavering faith in God. We kindly request your prayers and assistance during this time. My partner is my pillar of support. She won’t question God’s will or even drop a single tear.”

Scott shared that he, Renee, and Bailey would face the challenge together, demonstrating the family’s unity. They conveyed the hope that their story will help spread the word about how important it is to get checked out. The actress mentioned that about 6,500 people, primarily women, receive a diagnosis of these cancers annually.

In 2018, Renee provided an update on X’s health, stating, “Besides having 2 meningioma brain tumors, in Oct 2017 I also learned I have Microvascular Brain Disease.” The couple’s support system helped them get through X’s initial diagnosis.
